Week 3

Week 3 is OVERRRRR!!! 🥵.

Why was this THEE hardest week of all. It wasn’t hard to keep my commitment to health but it sure was hard to fit the gym in my crazy wonderful life.  We had meetings, different appointments, a sick puppy….blah blah blah. 😂. What’s interesting is I actually had a desire to be at the gym everyday even if I couldn’t make it.

I did go 4 out of 5 days and managed to keep the same routine. 

30 min elliptical on Fat Burn (adding in age and weight)

3 sets of 10 kettle bell swings (25 lbs)

3 sets of 10 knee raises on the abs machine. 

One change I made, was in the cardio machine I used. It was similar to the elliptical machine but you do more of a gliding motion.  This machine lets you set a goal of distance, time, or calories.  Telling you I felt the difference is an understatement!!  

I still haven’t made drastic changes in food other than eating at home and lighter meals.  

I was talking to my my husband about noticing that I’m definitely stronger and have slimmed in inches as opposed to pounds. 

All in all it was a good week and I keep telling myself slow and steady wins the race.  I’m off to a good pace. Let’s see what week 4 brings. ✌🏽💪🏽
